When is the Butte County (Chico) delivery cut-off time?

All orders placed before noon will be delivered same day. Any order placed after noon will be delivered the following day. All delivery cut-off times can be found at the following link: https://www.sundialcollective.com/delivery-info.

How do I track my delivery? 

Our system will text you with a link when the order is out for delivery. That link will track your driver in real time. You can also use that link to call your driver with any questions about your delivery.

What is the delivery schedule?

What are reward points?

Sundial Collective gives 3% back on every purchase.  For example if $100 is spent $3 will be earned in points. These points can be used on any purchase.  They are as good as money.

How do I use my reward points?

Reward points can be used in the store, for an online order or for delivery. If you are using points for an online order they will be credited when you pick up your order in the store. If you are using your points for delivery, please request them in the note section when placing your online order.

Can my points be used for delivery?

Yes, please contact the store to use your points before the delivery has left the store or add request in order notes.

How are promos added to my online or delivery order?

All promos will be added to your order by fulfillment in the store.  For example if there is a deal for by one 1/8 get a pre-roll for a dollar; the pre-roll promo will be added automatically to your order.  You will not be able to pick the strain type, the promo is pre-determined and will be added automatically. * While Supplies Last*

Will my delivery be delivered after the store is closed?
